Mat

Our Mat Pilates group class involves performing a series of low-impact, core-focused exercises on a mat to enhance strength, flexibility and body awareness. The sessions includes exercises that challenge balance and coordination, also using a range of small equipment to challenge and enhance movements. Concludes with stretching to promote relaxation and flexibility.

Reformer

This Reformer group class involves a dynamic, full-body workout using the Pilates Reformer machine, which provides resistance and support for a variety of exercises. You will engage in a series of movements targeting different muscle groups, improve flexibility and mobility, and build upon your overall strength - all while having fun!

Semi

Semi private classes are a class tailored to you and your goals, whether it be navigating an injuring or reaching personal goals of movement and strength. These classes are suited for those who wouldn't be comfortable in larger group class or who may struggle with particular movements. Semi classes are also a great way to reach your goals faster and get the best value out of your time.

Hit

A HIT reformer pilates class merges traditional pilates with high-intensity interval training on a reformer machine. It involves rapid sequences of exercises for strength, flexibility, and cardio, alternating between intense bursts and short rest periods. The focus is on core stability, balance and controlled movements, offering a full-body workout in a compact time.

Jump

A Jump reformer pilates class uses a jump board with the reformer machine for low-impact, high-intensity cardio combined with traditional pilates. It includes controlled jumps and exercises to enhance core strength, coordination, power and balance, while targeting various muscle groups. The class offers a dynamic, full-body workout that improves cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone.

Stretch

A Stretch reformer pilates class uses a reformer machine to focus on flexibility and mobility through controlled, gentle stretches. It enhances range of motion, muscle elongation and overall body awareness while promoting proper alignment and relaxation. The class is ideal for recovery, tension release and injury prevention. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Private Classes

A 1-on-1 Pilates session offers personalised instruction tailored to your individual fitness goals and needs. The session begins with an assessment of your body's movement and any specific areas of concern.

 

You'll engage in a series of customised exercises, using either mat work or specialised equipment like the Reformer, to target specific muscle groups and improve overall body mechanics. Not to mention, achieving your goals fast!
